Launch of Portico Lifestyle

Catering, Service Provider News, Hospitality, United Kingdom

Tailored guest services provider Portico Lifestyle has launched an online concierge platform.

The online platform provides access to a curated range of products and experiences to all customers and clients.

Enabling services that are unavailable even from top hotel concierge services including at home dining experiences, the platform will empower Portico customers to order from a carefully vetted range of gifting products and book tickets for the theatre, live music events and top London attractions with little more than a single click.

The service additionally features a booking service for menus from select restaurant partners, allowing users to plan an entire evening on a single website.

Richard O’Keefe, the company's business development manager, comments: "With so many people now starting to take their first steps back to the office, we’ve been working with clients to try and make their return more welcoming.

The Portico Lifestyle concierge service is designed specifically for our customers who could spend hours researching and choosing restaurants, activities and gifts. This online platform provides a quality assured alternative that they can access quickly and easily."

Portico's new platform is free for existing customers, with the company also offering a white-label version for use by other organisations.
