Mills appears as a "Top 50 Ally" on INvolve's Executive list in acknowledgment of his commitment to further ingrain equality within the company’s culture by relaunching initiatives such as the LGBT+ Pride in Food network, and developing internal training for employees to enhance diversity and opportunities for all. His entry on the list, states: "D&I [Diversity and Inclusion] is a priority for Robin and he empowers his team members - to create meaningful, long-term change."

Foot comments: "Compass is committed to creating an environment where people are supported to be themselves at work – it is how our people thrive and develop. We put diversity and inclusion high on the agenda and our work with Pride in Food, supporting our LGBT+ community has been a huge focus over the past few years, so it’s great to see that work recognised in this way."
