Appointment of Service Operations Manager
Evolution, UK integrated fire and security systems business Evolution has appointed Mark Emery as its new Service Operations Manager.
Emery, who will report to Group Operations Director, Neil Harris, will assume responsibility for service delivery across Evolution's UK branch network, working with colleagues in Scotland and Ireland to streamline customer services delivery.
He will also be responsible for ensuring the company conforms with regulatory requirements relating to the provision of training for engineers.
Emery joins the business with more than 30 years’ experience in the fire and security sector, having previously worked as Business Manager and National Service Manager for a technology security business.
