Artic Building Services has regained a planned preventative maintenance (PPM) contract for HVAC systems maintenance with the South London and Maudsley (SLaM) NHS Trust.

The contract relates to the provision of hard services at the Bethlem Royal Hospital, Lambeth Hospital and the Maudsley Hospital which operate 100 satellite locations in south London.

The company will supply mobile engineers to deliver scheduled PPM visits for all HVAC assets, including items of general and certified compliance, and a 24/7 call-out facility for emergency repairs.

Artic is also providing dedicated contract management and administration services from its Head Office in Dartford in consultation with the NHS Trust's Estates’ Team to ensure all three sites are compliant with relevant regulations and legislation.
