W-2 Job Opportunities in Minneapolis-Saint Paul

Company News, Americas, Technology, Flexible Working
Contingent workforce solution MyWorkChoice has expanded its workforce communities to the Twin Cities, enabling hundreds of flexible self-scheduling jobs immediately through its mobile app.

Hourly positions are available at Shutterfly in Shakopee, Minnesota, across a variety of functional departments, including production and assembly. Workers have the ability to view shift availability on a mobile application and select shifts in six-hour increments to build a schedule that fits their needs – up to 40 hours per week. By embracing a flexible staffing model for hourly workers, MyWorkChoice is creating employment opportunities for those previously sitting on the sidelines of employment due to conflicts with non-flexible jobs. According to the Harvard Business Review, 96 per cent of employees said they need flexibility in their jobs, yet only 47 per cent reported having access to the types of flexibility they need — a gap of 54 per cent.

Flexible job opportunities are additionally currently available across cities in Arizona, California, Indiana, Minnesota, North Carolina, Pennsylvania, South Carolina and Texas, with the app adding new cities rapidly.

CEO, Tana Greene, says:

“MyWorkChoice delivers a win-win for employees and employers alike by empowering workers to design their own schedule while creating a culture of performance and accountability evidenced by fill rates of over 95 per cent.

"We are thrilled to be bringing these flexible and dependable jobs to the Twin Cities."

Visit www.myworkchoice.com to search and apply for vacancies (screening and approval can take as little as 24 hours).
