Does Today’s Market Favour the Smaller Player?

Facilities Management, White Papers & Briefings, Sourcing & Procurement, EMEA

A new white paper from Active Workplace Solutions examines the pathways to outsourcing within facilities management and barriers, as well as opportunities, for smaller providers bidding on contracts.

Adopting a multifaceted approach that addresses many of the issues facing SMEs competing against established industry leaders, the white paper includes sections covering technology and data, finance, and managing client expectations - as well as general outsourcing trends, a historical overview and discussion of the future of outsourcing, and recent outsourcing data and research from the facility services sector.

Thought leadership and opinion is provided by several workplace and FM figureheads, including the IWFM’s Chris Moriarty, Larch Consulting’s Lucy Jeynes, and The Royal Academy of Music’s Di Thorpe.

Commenting on the paper's publication, Angela Love, Active Workplace Solutions director, said:

"We’re very proud to announce the release of our newest white paper.

"We think there is plenty of evidence to suggest that change is on the horizon for the world of outsourcing in business.

"Clients are realising how effective instigating change in their processes can be, and the organisations are having to match their expectations, for the best possible cost."
