Meraas Enhances Collaboration and Customer Experience

LogMeIn, Inc., today announced that UAE master developer, Meraas, has deployed its GoToMeeting and OpenVoice communication and collaboration, and RescueAssist customer engagement platforms.

Meraas is dedicated to making Dubai and the UAE better for people to live, work and play in by designing living spaces for a diverse mix of people where the next generation of ideas, businesses, and communities can take root. To that end, Meraas set high customer engagement, support and collaboration standards to make sure its customers, website guests, and employees get the support they need. Meraas chose LogMeIn products to reach these goals.

“As a company that prides itself on innovation, it’s important for us to be able to offer cutting-edge, frictionless support for our customers, partners, and employees. With RescueAssist, our tech support team is always available to help remedy problems no matter where the user or device is located,” said Azmathulla Shaik, Senior Manager Information Technology Infrastructure at Meraas. “RescueAssist is a true gamechanger as it marries a robust feature set, with a lightweight and user-friendly interface -- something other remote support tools simply don’t have. Our remote offices and roaming users rely on RescueAssist every day to keep our teams productive and customers satisfied.”

Effective collaboration among the Meraas team is essential. Moreover, being able to communicate instantly, clearly and cost-effectively from anywhere in the world is a key priority.

“With a dispersed workforce, we need a tool that provides high-quality audio and video conferencing across multiple regions. GoToMeeting and OpenVoice provide an easy-to-use solution that works well no matter where our employees or customers are located,” Shaik continued. “Bundling OpenVoice audio into our GoToMeeting sessions decreased total audio costs and eliminated the need for, and cost of, separate audio conferencing services.”

“With over six billion annual interactions, four million daily active users, and more than two million customers worldwide, LogMeIn has a proven track record of helping close business deals and solve customer issues faster,” said Stephen Duignan, Vice President, International Marketing at LogMeIn. “We are very excited about working with Meraas, one of the most innovative real estate developers in the region, to help solve their collaboration and customer engagement and support needs.”
