Nordex Energy Contract for STRABAG

STRABAG PFS will perform technical facility management (FM) at multiple locations for Nordex Energy GmbH from 1 April 2018. The locations have a total area of approximately 220,000 square. metres, and include administrative and production sites in Hamburg and Rostock.

 

The contract, concluded following a Germany-wide call for bids by the wind turbine manufacturer, was concluded for three years with an option to extend extension. The parties have agreed to not disclose the volume of the contract.

 

STRABAG PFS won all three lots for technical facility management, encompassing the head office in Hamburg and the rotor blade and nacelle plants in Rostock. The
main tasks include the maintenance of all technical building equipment and 24-hour fault management, as well as the provision of caretaker services.
