International workforce management specialists Bodet have developed a more cost effective option of their award-winning Kelio Visio X7 interactive time and attendance terminal. The Kelio Visio X4 terminal has the same contemporary design and provides core time and attendance functionality as well as a messaging service and web browsing capability.
Available with a proximity card reader, a fingerprint sensor or both, the Kelio Visio X4 uniquely identifies employees as they clock in or out. The biometric sensor provides secure identification of each staff member as they record attendance. A camera option is also available which offers a further level of security and avoids buddy punching.
Employees clock in either by presenting a proximity card to the terminal or placing a finger onto the biometric sensor. This identifies them and time stamps the record which is then stored on the master database in real time. As staff activate the system, the 4.3 inch touch screen also provides options for employee messaging and the ability to display approved web content. The terminal includes its own screen design tool, so it can display corporate colours, logo and style, application icons and even seasonal graphics.
As the data is recorded live, software behind the state-of-the-art terminal generates attendance reports automatically. Supervisors can access real time reports and see at a glance any staff absences or lateness directly from their PC screen. The software also generates either standard or customisable staff attendance reports for HR, management staff planning and payroll.
