A 40-year Partnership

This week ISS completed 40 years of service to Nordea under a partnership that began in 1976 with the delivery of cleaning services and has expanded to include a full complement of integrated facility services in buildings across the Nordic region.

 

This week ISS completed 40 years of service to Nordea under a partnership that began in 1976 with the delivery of cleaning services and has expanded to include a full complement of integrated facility services in buildings across the Nordic region.

 

Over the past 40 years, the relationship has evolved tremendously. From the start in 1976, where ISS simply provided cleaning services to “Privatbanken”, to 2005 where the two partners established a key account relationship aimed at delivering multiple services to Nordea. In 2013, Nordea and ISS formed a true strategic partnership, where ISS delivers Integrated Facilities Services to Nordea employees and buildings across the Nordic countries, facilitating the purpose of Nordea and creating better workdays.

 

Ove Hygum, Managing Director, Group Workplace Management at Nordea Bank said: “ISS is truly a strategic partner to Nordea. All 300 ISS employees serving Nordea have been trained in the “Service with a Human Touch” and empowered to provide the very best service every day. ISS and Nordea are also using systematic feedback provided by Nordea employees to continuously improve what we do and encourage even higher levels of satisfaction.
