Mr. Abhijit Datta, Country Manager of ISS Thailand, said:
“I feel truly honoured to receive the 2016 multiple awards for Customer Value Leadership as well as Public Infrastructure Support Services on behalf of the employees of ISS Thailand. I am delighted that we have been honoured for the second year in succession in the category of Customer Service Leadership and for the first time our efforts in the Public Infrastructure category (such as airports, public transportation etc.) has also been recognised.  This award is a recognition of the efforts of our employees, the commitment of our management team, managers and staff as well as the support and confidence of our customers and I would like to thank all on this occasion. Our strategy and focus have helped us to continue to grow in a market and an environment that has had its fair share of challenges. These awards will go a long way to inspire and energize our employees to remain committed to moving forward, and to help make ISS Thailand a truly great service organisation.”

Jonathan Leong, Research Analyst Best Practices, Frost & Sullivan, commented:
“2015 has been a challenging year for many companies. Just when customers were looking for cost-effective FM services, ISS’ forward-looking and customer-centric ‘output-based service’ model has brought tremendous benefits and value to its customers. In times of economic difficulties, ISS garnered considerable competitive edge over many similar service providers with its nationwide coverage of value-added services. Operations and maintenance of buildings will remain a crucial cost factor for many building owners and companies. ISS Thailand is well positioned to serve and address customers' unmet needs with a sharp focus on customer relationships and good quality service output.”
