Inepro announces the release of an update of its innovative modular software solution Inepro Back office suit (iBos). This elaborate and updated version will offer new features, functionalities and more benefits such as simplified license structures and easier installation. iBos provides a number of software modules which connect different operating processes like paying, printing, scanning, access registration and puts them under one transparent and registrable management:

     DocuPRO regulates, reduces and optimises document flows

     CashPRO manages prices, products and transactions

     AccessPRO access control

     Embedded Client Applications software based graphic user interface that runs on multifunctional printers

iBos 7.6

Inepro Back office suite provides a number of software modules which IT departments or facility managers can use for individual applications or as part of a total cashless environment. iBos consists of the software modules: DocuPRO, CashPRO, AccessPRO and Embedded Client Applications for Ricoh, Konica Minolta and Xerox. These solutions assist in document accounting, organizing a sales environment, access control and enables independent software vendors to apply 3rd party software products to iBos such as student registration- or print room applications.

New features and functionalities


With the updated iBos version, Inepro introduces new features and functionalities. The elaborated 7.6 update will be more easier to install and configure and licenses are simplified. A few of the many highlights of iBos 7.6 are:

A limitless number of people can be assigned to manage processes at the backend.

With the new functionality ‘iBos Quota’ it’s possible to assign subsidized products/services to users or user groups, such as colour prints, cups of coffee or sandwiches

Introduction of cost- and data traffic reducing Workstation Printing (WSP), which can be used in environments with centralized printers and satellite offices. Makes printing saver, faster and more reliable while only metadata will be sent to the printer server.

The new Delegate functionality allows assigned colleagues to pick up printouts on behalf of somebody else.

To give the end-user more control over their spending, Inepro has developed MyInepro. This mobile application for Android, iOS and Windows enables users to top up their balance, provides insight in their spending and control over their queued documents.


iBos has an integrated time registration system.

The Inepro Partner Development Program has been released which means the iBos application programming interface (API) can be integrated and communicates with your in-house software or 3rd party solutions. No membership required.
