EMCOR Names Maxine Lum Mauricio General Counsel
EMCOR Group, Inc. today announced that Maxine Lum Mauricio has been named General Counsel and succeeds Sheldon I. Cammaker, who has assumed the position of Vice Chairman.
EMCOR Group, Inc. (NYSE: EME) today announced that Maxine Lum Mauricio has been named General Counsel as of January 4, 2016. Ms. Mauricio succeeds Sheldon I. Cammaker, who has assumed the Vice Chairman position.
Previously, Ms. Mauricio served as the Company’s Deputy General Counsel.
“With over 28 years of dedicated service to the Company, Shelly will assume a new position as Vice Chairman in which we will continue to benefit from his seasoned judgement and sound guidance”, said Tony Guzzi, President and Chief Executive Officer of EMCOR Group.
Ms. Mauricio joined EMCOR’s legal team in 2002 and was most recently Deputy General Counsel, a position she has held since 2012. Prior to joining EMCOR, Ms. Mauricio spent six years with Ropes & Gray LLP. She holds an undergraduate degree from Dartmouth College and a J.D. from Harvard Law School.
Mr. Guzzi added, “Maxine is a proven executive and I look forward to her contributions to our team.”
