QTS Realty Trust (NYSE: QTS), a leading provider of secure, compliant data center solutions and cloud services, today announced that Travis Wright, Site Director at QTS' Dallas-Fort Worth data center, has been named one of North Texas' most influential business leaders by the editors of D CEO, a publication of D Magazine.

D CEO recognized the most powerful top executives in more than 60 business categories to create The Dallas 500, the definitive list of the most influential leaders in North Texas who have made Dallas-Fort Worth such a powerful economic force. Wright was selected based on his extensive network of contacts in North Texas business circles, hundreds of interviews, and months of research.

"The Dallas-Fort Worth team has firmly established QTS in this competitive market and we are proud of their achievements," said Dan Bennewitz, Chief Operating Officer, Sales and Marketing – QTS.  "This recognition is an acknowledgement of Travis' commitment to meeting and exceeding the needs of QTS customers while maintaining and running a world-class data center."

Wright has been a leader at QTS Dallas-Fort Worth since its October 2014 opening, and has seen the state-of-the-art facility grow to serve more than two dozen customers and add more than 80 full-time and contract jobs and up to 300 construction-related jobs to the thriving Dallas-Fort Worth data center market.

On November 13, QTS Dallas-Fort Worth hosted a networking luncheon for more than 50 guests, including an elite group of industry experts, community leaders, customers, prospects and strategic partners. In addition to touring the 700,000 sq. ft. data center, attendees also heard from QTS technology partners, including Datalink and NetApp.
