(ISSC) based in Houston, Texas which ranks high among local security companies, operating in a wide range of vertical business market segments in the greater Houston area.

"This deal was strategically vital as it significantly increases our presence and depth of resources in the Houston market, one that's very important to us," said Steve Jones, CEO of Universal Services of America. "ISSC has a solid reputation and quality force in one of the nation's largest cities, where we look forward to continuing to provide exceptional security service to all of our clients, new and existing."

"We are very excited to have the opportunity of merging with Universal Services of America, a company that has been in business as long as we have and has the same ethical approach to conducting business," said Chris Dempster, CEO of ISSC.

"It was very important to us to find a company with the same vision for their employees and customers to ensure that the combined company will continue the level of service ISSC employees and customers have grown to expect. I am pleased to say we have found such a company with Universal Services of America," continued Dempster.
