Standard Chartered selects MAF Dalkia

Company to provide integrated services management for bank’s UAE branch and ATM network.

MAF Dalkia has been awarded a 3-year integrated services contract by Standard Chartered Bank which operates the largest foreign branch network in the United Arab Emirates.

Under its terms of appointment, the company will provide specialised Mechanical, Electrical and Plumbing (MEP) and Health, Safety, Environment and Quality (HSEQ) services. It will also assume responsibility for supplying and managing routine reception and cleaning personnel across the bank's 11 branches.

"The Standard Chartered Bank contract gives further credibility to MAF Dalkia’s position as a trusted and reliable provider of multi-technical and supporting services within the banking and financial sector, adding to its existing portfolio of clients including Banque Saudi Fransi and Saudi Investment Bank in Saudi Arabia," said Alexandre Mussallam, CEO of MAF Dalkia, before adding that "Standard Chartered Bank is a leading international bank and MAF Dalkia is pleased to have secured the opportunity to introduce an equally superior level of services in its branches across the UAE."

It is understood MAF Dalkia will also be working with the bank to identify and implement new energy conversation measures.
