Satvir Bungar Becomes Managing Director of BDO's M&A Division

Satvir Bungar who heads up BDO's national facilities management sector group, has been appointed Managing Director of the partnership's mergers and acquisitions team in Birmingham.

Satvir Bungar has been promoted to a managing director in the mergers & acquisitions team at BDO LLP in Birmingham.

Satvir joined the firm in 2005 and became a director in 2007. He already heads up the firm’s national facilities management sector group, which has seen him complete many deals in the region. His promotion is in recognition of the significant contribution he has made to the business and, in particular, the sector group’s success.


As part of his new role, Satvir will be responsible for transaction origination, the execution of buy and sell-side mandates and further developing the sector strategy and team.
