Top Company for Executive Women

Company News, Real Estate, Workspace Management, Americas, Talent
The National Association for Female Executives (NAFE) has recognised JLL's Americas Business for advancing female employees with a fourth consecutive "Top Companies for Executive Women" award.

Seventy companies were recipients of awards in 2019, after demonstrating their commitment to the advancement of women into senior management positions by operating effective mentoring, sponsorship and leadership-development programmes.

Commenting on the award, Greg O’Brien, CEO of JLL Americas, said:

"Teams of people from different backgrounds and with different experiences provide a diversity of thought that’s critical to helping our people and clients achieve their ambitions. We’re pleased to receive this award for the fourth consecutive year, and we’ll continue to support and attract female employees because it’s imperative for our industry, the workforce and the broader economy."

Monica Marquez, JLL Americas' Head of Diversity & Inclusion, added:

"Our diverse workforce cultivates innovation, helps us stay at the forefront of an industry that is constantly changing and enables our people to do their best work for our clients."

To be considered for an award, companies must have at least two women on their boards of directors, a United States-based CEO, and at least 1,000 U.S. employees.

The full list of award-winners has been published at workingmother.com.
