The employee is then automatically enrolled on the relevant eLearning course where the competency deficiency has been identified.
"Specifically, it can be utilised in the Hard and Soft services area, with hard services holding the highest potential for serious injury due to the types of work that the employees are involved in. This can also be implemented for soft services, even for positions such as mailroom employees or catering departments, no matter the area of work there is always risks that must be mitigated or controlled”.
